What we publish

Proyectim is an independent English-language directory of new residential developments. Proyectim compares public developer, sales-agency and property-portal material to help buyers build a shortlist.

How we use sources

Each project links to its sources and shows the date those sources were reviewed. Guides explain differences between published projects; they do not establish available inventory. We preserve room and bedroom terminology, distinguish deposits from purchase prices, and flag uncertain permits, delivery estimates and prices.

What an update means

An editorial update improves the presentation or comparison of information. It does not imply that an older source was checked again. Project source review dates remain visible separately. Advertiser claims require direct confirmation.

Independence and corrections

No listing currently has paid placement or a developer relationship with Proyectim. Any future sponsorship will be disclosed. To report an error, use the source-backed project record to identify the listing and email info@proyectim.com. A correction request is not a sales inquiry.
