Frequently asked questions
Does Proyectim include every project in Israel?
No. The directory covers identifiable residential developments from reviewed public sources. Some portals restrict access, and some advertisements do not identify a development clearly enough to include. Individual resale apartments, standalone houses for sale and commercial-only listings are outside the catalogue scope.
What is Proyectim?
Proyectim is an independent directory of new residential projects in Israel for English-speaking buyers exploring their options. Listings summarize public sources; Proyectim does not represent the developers.
Are these homes available to buy now?
Availability is not independently verified. A marketing page or advertisement does not establish current stock. Each project links to its sources and shows when the information was reviewed.
How should I compare published prices?
Check the currency, apartment type, publication date and price notes on each listing. Missing or conflicting prices are flagged. Published starting prices are not live quotations.
Do room counts mean bedrooms?
The directory preserves the room counts used by the source. Do not treat a published room count as a bedroom count; ask for the floor plan and bedroom breakdown.
Are construction stages and delivery dates verified?
Stages and delivery dates are attributed to reviewed sources. Marketing does not establish construction progress. Elapsed estimates and permit caveats remain visible, and advertisements are identified as advertisements.
Can I find English-speaking sales support?
English-language source pages are identified, but they do not prove that English-speaking staff are available. Contact the published sales team to confirm support.
How does the project guide use my messages?
The local guide searches the catalogue. If you choose AI assistance and the connection is configured, your conversation is sent to OpenRouter and its selected model provider. Proyectim does not save chat transcripts on the server. Avoid sharing personal or financial identifiers.
Are placements sponsored?
No current listing is sponsored and no developer relationship is asserted. Any future paid placements will be disclosed.
